A high-intensity fitness program incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercise. It is meant to develop the core fundamentals of a child with proper form and work ethic. 

 

CrossFit Kids is offered 2 Days a week.

KB CORE BLAST

KB Core Blast is a Fitness class catered to all with one individual piece of equipment. This class is a high intensity interval scheme used to increase muscle endurance and lactic threshold.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

A program in which athletes train towards a maximum-weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates. This is an olympic sport that has been the base fundamentals of lifting since the beginning.

WEIGHT TRAINING

Strength training for developing the strength and size of skeletal muscles using weighted bars and dumbbells.

 

These classes are dedicated to men and women specifically.

BUTTS AND GUTS

Butts and Guts can't be explained better than this. We target Glutes, Legs, Core, and working the increase of weight loss all at the same time. Our unique exercises and ways of targeting specific body parts will knock you into your summer body all year long.

ENDURANCE TRAINING

Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:15pm.

 

Build muscle endurance, shed fat and increase your lactic acid threshold. Our Kettlebell Core Blast Class will knock you into the best fitness you have ever seen.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal trainers are certified in exercise prescription and instruction to hold you accountable to your goals. Personalized goals are created and achieved to all different body types.

 

We offer from 1 on 1 training, to private group training.
