This program will be tailored for women who are looking to get back into working out after having a baby and is finding difficult to do so because of time management, having to care for their baby, or doesn’t have knowledge on how to integrate back.

The program assists with these barriers by creating workouts where the mom and baby can both participate together.

The 45 minute workout will consist of movements that focus on building the foundation to a safe return by strengthening necessary muscles, enhancing coordination and avoiding strenuous movements that can hinder proper healing. Mothers are welcome to bring their babies or can opt to participate alone as well.

Prior to registration, the mom must have clearance from her physician to be able to engage in physical activity. Likely, both Mother and baby must sign a waiver before the start of their first class.


Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00am – 11:45am
