Classes

11 WAYS TO STAY ATHLETIC

We are all individuals, each with unique strengths, weaknesses, goals, and objectives.

  • CROSSFIT
    A high-intensity fitness program incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercise. CrossFit is offered the 7 Days a week.
  • KB CORE BLAST
    KB Core Blast is a Fitness class catered to all with one individual peice of equipment. This class is a high intensity interval scheme used to increase muscle endurnace and lactic threshold.
  • OLYMPIC LIFTING
    A program in which athletes train towards a maximum-weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates. This is an olympic sport that has been the base fundamentals of lifting since the begining.
  • WEIGHT TRAINING
    Strength training for developing the strength and size of skeletal muscles using weighted bars and dumbbells. These classes are dedicated to men and women spacificly.
  • FUNCTIONAL BODY-BUILDING
    Strength and conditioning program that helps them develop a life-long love of fitness. We create a healthy and fun environment that helps acheive a lifestyle for wellness.
  • BUTTS AND GUTS
    Butts and Guts can't be explained better than this. We target Glutes, Legs, Core, and working the increase of weightloss all at the same time. Our unique exercises and ways of targeting specific body parts will knock you into your summer body all year long.
  • ENDURANCE TRAINING
    Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:15pm. Build muscle endurance, shed fat and increase your lactic acid threshold. Our Kettlebell Core Blast Class will knock you into the best fitness you have ever seen.
  • PERSONAL TRAINING
    We, personal trainers are certified in exercise prescription and instruction to hold you accountable to your goals. Personalized goals are created and achieved to all different body types. We offer from 1 on 1 training, to private group training.
  • SHOP FITNESS GEAR
    Shop a wide variety of Fitness Gear Equipment at our facility. we have everything you need to make your fitness run smooth.
  • SMOOTHIE BAR (CAUTION NUTRITION)
    Protein smoothies are blended drinks that are usually quite healthy. We charish and value the fact that health and wellness is on the top of our catigory. Our Smootie Bar only serve the best quality nutrition from Pre-Workouts - Post-Workouts - Snacks
  • PHYSICAL THERAPY CENTER

At Caution CrossFit and Fitness Facility Miami Lakes, we strive for your fitness goals to be met. We offer a variety of programs that will knock you off your feet. Our goal is to provide service of the utmost quality and make the time you spend here, the highlight of your day. 

 

Our coaches are professionally trained and certified, ensuring a safe environment for everyone. With the knowledge of movement, and the human body, we can work around all limitations and injuries to improve the quality of life and movement of each and every single member. 

 

At Caution Fitness, we take pride in offering more than CrossFit. We have specialty classes designed to keep you motivated and balanced in the pursuit of your fitness goals: BUTTS & GUTTS, KB CORE BLAST, Functional Bodybuilding, Endurance, and Private Personal Training. 

 

You’ll love our newly renovated 13,000 sq. ft. facility with air conditioning, which is truly a hidden gem in the town of Miami Lakes.We have all of the toys a fitness enthusiast could ever want and need. Assault Bikes, C2 Rowers, C2 Bike, C2 Ski erg, Truform Runner, Stairmaster, VersaClimber, Strongman equipment, etc. 

 

After your workout, you can freshen up in our bathrooms that have multiple

showers or grab a delicious smoothie from Caution Nutrition.
